Cancellation policy

For any cancellation that will take place until the 3rd October 2019, the whole deposit will be refunded and there will not be any cancellation fees. The only amount you will be charged with is any expenses made for the deposit’s return. (Bank expenses, post fee or any other expenses).

For cancellations up to 10th October 2019, the credit card is charged with 50% of the registration’s total amount. For cancellations after this date the credit card is charged with the whole amount of the registration.

In case of non show, the credit card is charged with the whole amount of the registration.
If the participant departs before the day of the arranged reservation whole remaining amount’s payment is applied.
