About EUSEW and the energy days

Irene Giannakopoulos, president of the Cultural Association & manager of Aegialis Hotel & Spa, always sensitive to the sustainable energy issues and environment protection, organized for the second consecutive year a workshop on energy.

As part of the pan-European Energy Week organized by the European Union, this workshop entitled “Save Energy – Save the Planet” was held to Amorgos aiming to aware locals on different ways to save energy.

The workshop took place at the 24th & the 28th of June 2013, together with all the other workshops in Brussels and across Europe on energy and environmental protection.

Mrs Irene Giannakopoulos, owner of Aegialis Hotel & Spa is known for its ecological sensibilities and is  since 2008 a member of “Istos”, a company for the Cyclades Development which aims to save energy in the tourism business.
